Privacy Notice for Clients of PHOTOTAXIA PICTURES

I.- Identity and address of the Responsible. In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), as well as its Regulations, we inform you that the companies Bouzher Films S. de R.L. de C.V., El Corazón Negro Films S. de R.L and/or Tinbox Films S. de R.L (hereinafter referred to as PHOTOTAXIA PICTURES), (the “Responsible Party”), with address at Zamora #165 Int. 2, Col. Condesa, Del. Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06140, Mexico City, (the “Contact Address”), will process the personal data collected from you, in terms of this Privacy Notice.

II.- Purposes of the processing of personal data collected.

The processing of the data collected will be done for the following purposes:

A: Necessary for the legal relationship with the Responsible Party.

1) To generate a database of customers.

2) To improve the control and realization of the subsequent consultation processes.

3) To provide the service properly.

4) To enter into a contract for the Responsible to provide its services, such as recruitment and selection, payroll administration, among others.

B: Others

1) To carry out data transfers with third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Notice, as appropriate. Therefore, and to achieve the purposes set forth above, the following personal data will be processed: names, surnames, address, telephone (mobile and landline), RFC, property records, IMSS employer registration, nationality, country of residence, type of service required, contact name, contact telephone, contact email, service reports, sector, line of business and; the following financial or patrimonial data: main credit institutions in which you have bank accounts, branches, account numbers, and CLABE account numbers.

III.- Options and means to limit the use or disclosure of your data. You may go to the Human Resources department of the Responsible to make a request to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

IV.- Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (the “ARCO Rights”). You have the right to: (i) access your personal data in our possession and know the details of their treatment, (ii) rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete, (iii) cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, are being used for non-consensual purposes, (iv) oppose the processing of the same for specific purposes, as provided by law. To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must submit a request (the “ARCO Request”), to the Responsible, to the attention of the Human Resources Department, to the Contact Address and/or to the email address jonathan@phototaxiapictures.com, accompanied by the following information and documentation: 1) Name and address of the holder of the personal data, or any other means by which we can communicate with the same in order to respond to your request. 2) The documents proving his personality (IFE, Passport, Professional License, or any official identification), or if applicable, the legal representation of the holder, such documents must be submitted in original to the Contact Address in order to receive the response from the Responsible. 3) The holder must make a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which he/she seeks to exercise any of the rights, as well as the type of right he/she is requesting to exercise.
